These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Protocol mobile application, related content, and support pages.

Eligibility and account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account. You must provide accurate information when creating and using your account.

App purpose

Protocol provides fitness, training, nutrition-planning, and informational coaching tools. The app is intended for general wellness and educational purposes only.

No medical advice

Protocol does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app is not a substitute for a qualified physician, registered dietitian, therapist, or other licensed healthcare professional. If you have a medical condition, injury, eating disorder, or emergency, seek professional care immediately.

Subscriptions and billing

If you purchase a subscription through Apple, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. Renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing settings are managed by Apple under Apple's own terms and policies. Protocol does not control Apple's billing systems.

Acceptable use

Intellectual property

Protocol, including its branding, software, design, and content, remains the property of its owners or licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Termination and account deletion

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if these terms are violated or if continued access could create legal, security, or operational risk. You may also delete your account using the in-app deletion flow when available.

Disclaimers

Protocol is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Protocol and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.

Changes to the service or these terms

We may modify the app, these terms, or related policies from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
