Delete account

Protocol includes an in-app delete-account option. If you need help finding it or have trouble completing the process, contact support.

Subscriptions and purchases

If you subscribe through Apple, billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID account settings. Protocol support can help explain the app flow, but Apple manages payment processing and subscription billing.

Response scope

Support is limited to account access, billing-adjacent app questions, and technical issues. Protocol does not provide emergency or clinical care through this support page.
