Account help
- Use the in-app password reset flow if you cannot sign in.
- Check your spam or junk folder for confirmation emails.
- Make sure you are using the same email address used for signup.
Delete account
Protocol includes an in-app delete-account option. If you need help finding it or have trouble completing the process, contact support.
Subscriptions and purchases
If you subscribe through Apple, billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID account settings. Protocol support can help explain the app flow, but Apple manages payment processing and subscription billing.
Response scope
Support is limited to account access, billing-adjacent app questions, and technical issues. Protocol does not provide emergency or clinical care through this support page.
